brings over 30 years of experience in business leadership across marketing, branding, sales, and human capital management software for global organizations, Roger brings a wealth of strategic insight and community passion to the Ontario Scholastic Soccer League Advisory Board.
A lifelong supporter of Canadian soccer, Roger has spent more than 40 years volunteering as a coach, team manager, player, and brand manager, helping foster growth and opportunity within the game. Beyond the pitch, he has served as a Board Member for the Caledon Chamber of Commerce and continues to volunteer with initiatives such as Hockey Helps the Homeless, reflecting his strong commitment to community service.
Roger is deeply focused on youth soccer development and dedicated to breaking down barriers to ensure every young athlete has equal pathways to success, both on and off the field.

Frank Carnevale is the Technical Director of the Ontario Scholastic Soccer League (OSSL). He brings years of experience in player development, coaching, and program leadership. Frank is dedicated to helping young athletes grow their skills, compete with confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Dr. Richard Bucciarelli is an internationally recognized sports scientist, FIFA 11+ Instructor, and coach educator. Based in Toronto, he is the founder of Speed Training, a leader in soccer-specific strength and conditioning.
Holding a PhD in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph, Dr. Bucciarelli specializes in the biomechanics of speed and acceleration in soccer players. He has worked with elite teams including the Canadian National Women’s Program, Toronto FC Academy, and Halifax Wanderers FC.
A respected academic and lecturer, Dr. Bucciarelli has presented his research at top global conferences such as the World Congress on Science and Football and the World Conference on Science and Soccer. He continues to advance the game through education, innovation, and evidence-based performance training.

As Program Coordinator for the High Performance Athletics (HPA) Program, he has launched the school’s first-ever football program, guided the Track and Field team to three consecutive OFSAA Championships, and mentored countless students toward post-secondary athletic scholarships.
Nick’s impact extends beyond school walls through his collaboration with the OSSL, where his leadership and expertise continue to elevate standards of coaching and athlete development across the province. In 2025, he received Ontario’s highest coaching honour—the Ontario Coaches Excellence Award—recognizing his tireless efforts to build programs that inspire, empower, and transform young athletes both on and off the field.

Senai Iman is a bilingual lawyer and long-time Toronto resident who joins OSSLS as the organization’s in-house legal counsel. With more than 13 years of experience in corporate commercial law and legal consulting, Senai provides legal guidance to the OSSLS leadership team, helps support safe and responsible program operations, and serves as a legal resource for OSSLS students and families who may need assistance.
Senai earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and his J.D. from the University of Ottawa. He began his career in tax law, articled with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, and later worked with several leading Bay Street firms before establishing his own legal practice.
Sports and youth mentorship have always been an important part of Senai’s life. A former competitive high school basketball player, he has remained active in community sports and continues to support programs that use athletics to build teamwork, confidence, discipline, and opportunity for young people. His volunteer work includes charitable initiatives across the city, including contributions to the Rotary Club of Toronto West.
Senai lives in Toronto with his family, where his children attend local schools and participate in community sports programs.
